Can smut ever get too much in a series?
For me it's a yes, specially red string even though the whole concept of it was basically smut but in a way for me, its become boring. I liked it but... I think this series would have been better as those 8-12 chapters of BLs. I don't need like 20 more (though do tell me if it gets better i dropped it around 10 chapts lol) that's my opinion on that manhwa, I feel like alot of authors just add nsfw scenes but forget the plot and their relationship.

Smut is supposed to be a genre of porn, it only has enough connectivity to let you why and how the characters are fucking.
and that's it.
Don't expect more, even the ones that have an interesting premise will often do nothing interesting with it.
