Warm up your body and muscles by like walking for 5 minutes or something else not strenuous. THEN stretch. But STRETCH before locking in. And stretch AFTER too. It can help keep your muscles long and lean. Help deal with and mitigate muscle pain. And serve as a way to check in with your body on where you’re weak or tender. Hopefully helping......   reply
