I need an essay explaining why and I need to state examples of some people's experience of why gen-zs are not lazy people but rather they have it hard.
When I was job hunting. I applied over 70 plus jobs on indeed. People be really asking for x plus years of experience for entry level jobs hell, I applied to like several fast food places still find it incredibly absurd that they're asking for x level of experience.
