Gen-Zs I need you to tell me how hard it is for you to find a job!

I spent 3 months unemployed. I hunted, I applied EVERYWHERE around me, even places desparate for workers. Each job insisted I was "not the right fit", or ghosted me entirely. I only recently acquired my job because they were down to 5 people on frontline that they had to cycle through 7 days a week somehow. I am 17 years old. Not only is employment......   2 reply
