Gen-Zs I need you to tell me how hard it is for you to find a job!

For me is that never ending cycle of: - you apply for a job and they ask for ppl w experience - you go apply for another job, so you can get that experience - they don't hire you bc you still have no experience Should I have started working the moment I came out of my mom's womb? BC THEY ALL ASK FOR 100 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WHY DO I NEED EXPERIENC......   reply
