Tropes or things you want to see more in stories??

Royalty or knights - Idk, always had a thing for this and I never see it done in a way that satisfies me. Honestly don't even know what I want out of this outside of the setting that would potentially make it more satisfying for me, better more well fleshed out plots maybe?
