What is your coping mechanism when you're hurt/angry
When i feel hurt/angry, i usually go silent. i instantly shut up and start dissociating myself from reality. i don't like confrontations so i tend to isolate myself until i calm down. i don't want to hurt others or be hurt in the heat of the moment. it's kind of unhealthy cause i'd bottle things up but isn't it the best way to avoid conflicts?
1. Do breathing exercises and calm down. (Do it every time you are put in a situation,or ask for some alone time to think about what happened)
2. Now go to Google or any other search engine and look up "how to handle negative emotions"
