Do you hold onto things even if that person left?

I keep the pictures and screenshots until they don't mean much to me anymore, then I delete them. The gifts tho, if they serve me a purpose I'm gonna keep them forever cuz idc   1 reply

Yeah. I still keep the plushy from my ex. I also keep the pictures. Unless it ended really, really, bad I don't see a point in getting rid of stuff. Especially if I like the stuff (like the plushy)   reply

You mean exes? Each time I broke up with a guy they straight up turned into stalkers, so no. I kept one plushy, because it wasn’t its fault that the person who gave it to me was a weirdo.   reply

I'm not the kind of person people gravitate towards generally, online or irl. So when someone gives me their time, or anything of sentimental value, I keep those conversations, bus tickets, stubs, and photos, even when we've parted ways. My whole room consists of gifts/trinkets/plushies I got from various people (that includes my ex and ppl I don't talk to anymore. ) I don't really attach the object to them though.   reply

Yup! Certified horder! Still mad to this day my dad lost my mom's ashes in a storage unit when I was little and we had a move from the islands back to the states....
