Anyways Even though protection is always used I lowkey spiral and somehow convince myself I’m gonna get pregnant regardless , i can’t handle a baby let alone a baby with some dude I met one time who has a longterm partner…awkward

It’s totally normal to feel anxious after sex, even with protection remind yourself the chances of pregnancy are super low if you use correctly the protection
