getting a job in retail is what finally snapped me out of mine. forcing myself to talk to the general public because my hours and money depended on it. but what really worked for me was having a mental 'mask'. like the mask i put on was of my socialsona, the version of me whos bubbly and talkative but that can be taken off once i'm alone. eventuall...... 1 reply
