What does love mean to you??
I was talking about my perception of romantic relationship with a friend and turns out my opinion is quite unpopular, i think romantic relationship are tiring and honestly kind of useless but i want someone to love me romantically someone, who needs me to continue living but also i don't think I'll ever feel that love . Love makes people pathetic and I don't think i want to be that pathetic
I also think love makes people think, do and say dumb shit but I also think love is what makes people have a purpose, something to yearn and live for. It can make you do shit that you never will and can never be able to do but you will for that person/people/item, dumb or not. Romantic love is overrated. Platonic love is awesome. ( i just have trouble experience with men and women.) Seriously though, a focus more on friendship and family betters your wellbeing. To love someone romantically is so focused on giving your all to another that it feels so shallow rather than the commitment to build your trust on your community...... reply
