so im like really addicted to mangagao i go on it everyday and every time i force myself to take a break i get withdrawals. i remember when it got taken down for a couple for hours i literally cried cus i was so worried all my bookmarks would be gone sometimea when im not even in the mood to read smth i literally just scroll down the questions page.
i dont even know if im addicted to mangago itself or jst addicted to porn

I can only speak from experience. For me this addiction phase comes only during my exams. I'd needlessly get involved in petty mangago drama during my exams which otherwise I'd avoid. And I'd just waste time on this site not reading just opening random forum questions or just opening my own profile.

To know if you’re addicted to porn or just reading stories, switch to soft genres, something funny but not adult. If you still keep on reading it’s likely you’re using mangago as something to take your mind off of things but if you still crave for that dopamine hit that you get from reading graphic things…you’re addicted to porn.

There's this app called screenzen that lets you put like a timeout on any app, you can edit how many times you are alowed to open any app or even just have like a pause between the times you spend on the app
