Tl;dr: It was mostly bad, but I'm trying to stay positive.
Wellllll *cough* I "attempted" and got put into an awful mental hospital against my will for 10 days which gave me new trauma and nightmares, my back is either further herniating or my steroid epidural is wearing off (getting an MRI done in an hr, and upon looking at the tests done 2 years......
