does anyone else like stay up for hours thinking about the past and like regretting every decision you ever made? it used to be the ‘normal’ amount but nowadays it literally keeps me up for hours and it becomes so draining and exhausting..
i always end up thinking about this girl i almost dated and the worst part is that she was completely into me and i just was too full of insecurities to ever commit. the even worser part is that i had a second chance with her and still fumbled

I think, you really just had to work on yourself first. Yknow? Getting into an relationship while being mentally unstable wouldn't be probably be healthy for both of you. I found inner peace by "Things happens, we make mistakes but we can get better." you basically decide how it affects you, are you gonna sulk here forever and regret? Or are you go...... reply
