im looking for a better and more subtle way to manage my emotions i would say im very sensitive and the only way i can calm down is to be alone by myself with headphones on
I lock myself in the bathroom, no lights and w the extractor fan on while I sit on the floor
I don't turn on the lights so I can js look at nothing, and the extractor fan is really loud, so it cancels outside noise and also my inside voice
I also struggle w emotions, sometimes I even feel like I feel my emotions more than other bc I react way too ...... 1 reply
