Hello, translator here I'm asking cause do you guys prefer the SFX translated too? I'm currently translating a manhwa and debating on whether or not I translate the SFX too. Is it way better that way? Or you guys don't rlly care.
For me, it depends on whether translating the SFX affects the flow of the story. I read something recently where a character was slapped, but instead of the slap happening in a panel, they had an SFX in a panel instead and showed the character with a scuffed cheek a panel later.
