Imagine ALL illegals webtoons/mangas sites are shutdown. What will you do ? Are you gonna paid to continue reading ? Or will you stop cauz' it's too expensive to read all your favorites ? Personnally, I dunno... when I see my list (1925 mangas/manhwas), I'm not ready to paid for all. I will choose my favorites if I really want to see the end but I think I will be sad to not finish all. So, what will you do ?
Honestly, if that happens, I'll leave all the MMM in my list, never opening them again. I'll stick with my novels, especially danmei. Of course, I'll be heartbroken because I cannot afford to pay for every chapters just to read. I'm just a student, and my family's living situation is just enough for us to have 3 meals a day. Go back to how it was before. Maybe read on Wattpad, watch k dramas and just read novels. Watch anime and shit. I'll probably grief for this site for a while because I really like it. I did try supporting legal apps like downloading and reading from them but it's just too expensive for me since I'm still a student. Some sites are just too expensive...... 4 reply
It is not realistically possible to purchase every single story/series I’ve ever read on less than legal sources.
I’ve spent a pretty penny on merch, so it’s not like I don’t spend on my hobby, but I don’t love everything I consume enough to want to own it.

End it. Honestly my whole life literally revolves around reading. There were days I couldn’t sleep, where I felt alone, or stressed, reading takes things off my mind. I’ve been reading since 2021 and I would be devastated losing every single thing in here. From my planned to read to favorites I wouldn’t be able to afford all of it 1 reply
I'll go back to my roots and start going to my local libraries again. I definitely can't pay for all the webtoons/mangas that I'm reading, and even if I could, I definitely wouldn't want to. Some mangas/webtoons aren't good, and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I just read them to know the ending. Also, some manga aren't available in English, s...... reply
I read it here because Manga are a pain to find properly. There aren’t official English too for my favorite one. But yes, if I can, I will pay for it. Making webtoon or manga is hardwork, so I want to support the author if I can especially if it is my favorite one. reply
