As many know or don't know yet, the operator for Bto has been arrested. Don't fear, mgg isn't their next target. It's mgdex. Anyways this further confirms that there aren't going to be bto anymore. It's officially shut down.
Japanese government is investing a lot of money in developing an Ai that will be targeting piracy sites. It might also let them know where the stolen works are being distributed. It's still in development but give it 1-2 years .
It's always possible a trusted friend or other site manager has a backup and can revive the site, but it likely won't be for a while. I'm not saying it will happen, but it has happened for bato in the past and other sites like thepiratebay.
