I feel sick

is anyone just feeling so hopeless after those files have been released? Deadass I feel sick to my stomach, knowing all of this is happening and there is NOTHING we can do, I haven't been able to eat without thinking about those babies and its making me feel sick, unable to sleep or think anything outside of these Epstein files.
