what would you do if you think you have feelings for the same gender but you can’t do anything about it bc u grew up in a super religious community and if anyone were to find out you’d genuinely be disowned. also the fact that if you do end up doing something about it you’ll feel really guilty for whoever u might marry in the future bc they wouldn’t know and it’s like… they don’t deserve to go through that and they also wouldn’t want to be w someone who’s not fully in it. so yeah what would you guys do
Disown them first for being that way. If they can’t make compromises for their own child, then you shouldn’t have to make compromises either. There are only a few things that could make me disown my own children if I ever had any, and it’s serious stuff like crimes I can’t forgive no matter who you are.
