Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I have low iron, and honestly, I guess not a nutritious diet, so for me I've experienced in the past and incident where I've literally lost my hearing for a couple of seconds because of that's how sharp the pain was(unable to hear an auditorium full of people sing the national anthem).
