Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
For me it really depends. I’ve had times where I’m rolling on the ground clutching my stomach, but that was before I started taking ibuprofen. Sometimes it’s not that bad it’s just uncomfortable. reply
