Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
one time it was so bad i was literally sitting on the floor crying + had a high fever. for me i think it's usually 8/10 on the first days. i can usually tough it out but ever since i discover a pain reliever pills i use it if i feel like i can't take it anymore reply
