Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
1.5/10. I'm really lucky, I barely feel them, if ever. The strongest one was solved after eating and laying down for a bit. I'm so grateful, I could never survive those super painful ones with my low ass pain tolerance 1 reply
