Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
its not just the pain. there are other discomforts too. i have a 3/10 pain.. but i feel so tired during my period. i usually sleep 5-6 hours and feel fully energized.. but during my period i feel tired even after 12 hour sleep. and also back and neck constantly feels sore. reply
