Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I would say a 5 honestly I mean with my built and what I do daily I have to put up with it especially since if I'm on the frontlines it's a lot a harder then would probably say 7 other than that it's not too much pan since I am well balanced out even with what I eat but obviously since I did give birth and hormone change it's just been shit after s...... reply
