Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Cramps on 10 then Im on and off the toilet nervous that I'm gonna spew from both ends cause nausea/ diarrhea. After awhile I’ve completely lost my appetite for the whole week or more while on my period due to nausea so i need to lay down in the shower whenever i have the strength to shower cause i will faint.
