Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
The first day of my period was always the worst one for me. I did have pretty bad cramps but I honestly couldn't even really think about them because of how nauseous I was. I once vomited ten times in a single day despite the fact that I hadn't eaten anything that day. Even if I managed to take a pill before my period came I would still vomit a cou...... reply
