Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
honestly don't rlly get cramps but GOD oh how I FEEL for the girls that constantly get them cuz when I get them even once i feel like exploding and then remember there's girls that prolly deal with that pain the whole day.. So I'd say I'm like a 1/10 cuz there's that and just stomach aches for the first day reply
