Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
1? i just get some lower-back discomfort kind of like sitting on a stool for hours with nothing to lean on, and even when i finally lie down or rest against something, the discomfort doesn’t really go away. 2 reply
