Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
It's honestly random sometimes. Usually it's around a 4 then it'll go down all the way to 1. But on random occasions it'll be a solid 7, especially when the tailbone cramp kicks in, it's honestly brutal but manageable lol. It happens fast, couple pain meds and it goes back to 1. reply
