Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Ngl for me the worse part is the PMS. I randomly I feel like I get sucker punched in the my lower abdomen during the 4 days before my period (those are a 9 in my book)
In my period I get 2 types(? Or at least I always separate them like this
