Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
7, It feels like i need to shit 24/7 and i get nauseous. I usually immediately take pain killers the moment cramps start setting in or I see a speck of blood lol reply
