Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.

I don't have cramps.
On occasion I will feel soreness in my uterus/lower back for the first two days but otherwise nah. I think once or twice a year I may get some cramps. 1 reply
