Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
It depends, I have pcos and for the first day it usually hurts like 8-9 then nothing later on but whenever I pee while having menstruation, I always poop. Dunno why hahahah
