Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
By the way, a healthy period is supposed to be mildly uncomfortable, never painful.
For me its a 10 rarely, 8 standard, but 5 now after surgery and physical therapy.
