Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
For me it actually doesn't hurt but the feeling of things coming out be like oh my god
It's like your intestines are coming out from your lower part and it doesn't hurt but it's so uncomfortable tf
