Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
ive had a stomach virus before and my period cramps are a bit less painful, prolly like a 6 or 7/10 (haha). but my period itself is pretty light and only lasts for like 3-4 days. i just end up taking a shi ton of tylenol, probably way too much. i didn’t have a period for like 2 years and it was pretty nice, but it was definitely not healthy. reply
