Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
i'm pretty lucky with mine; i think of them as a bother more than anything.
for the most part i don't really have pain; if/when i do it's typically a 1-2, MAYBE a rare 3, with some more direct and sharp, or some full abdomen flairs of pain that aren't too long-lasting. other than the potential pain, what i usually might deal with is a pressure an...... reply
