Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Depends tbh. Somedays its like 2-3. Usually more intense on the first day and then the pain stops. One time i passed out because of the pain. But that was only once. I can function normally on majority of my period days. Luteal phase is actually the worst for me, I really want to kill myself during those days. reply
