Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Sometimes when it's the first or 2nd (or both) day it do be really painful, maybe 8 out of 10? Plus aside from the cramp I have to endure the feeling of my ass being pulled inside out like it's so painful man. reply
