Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
0. I don't ever get cramps at all but i do get pimples and bumps on my face and every once in a whileeeeeeeee i will get some "cramps," but it'll last for like a second and i never get it again 1 reply
