Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I dont get stomach cramps, but I do get back pain!
It depends on what day really, I usually get it day 1/2. Its hard to pinpoint it on a 1-10 scale for me bc i have nothing to compare it too, but overall it'd be like a 3 or a 4 majority of the time.
