Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I'd rate it 2/10, it depends on the person tbh. Mines regular but what I don't like about it is when it has started there's alot of them and sometimes my pads just can't keep up w it(yes, I have never used a tampon in my life lol and it was not common in our country) but not complaining tho, I'm kinda lucky I don't experience a painful period cram...... reply
