Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
for me its a 9/10 smts a 12/10 it only last for like 3/4 days but rlly. its hell the cramps be klling me and all i do is puke i cant sleep i cant eat i cant watch tv i cant do anything to distract myself all i do is suffer and scream nothing helps i just have to live through it 1 reply
