Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
It depends on the day and how well I’ve prepped. If I have high iron foods leading up to it, the pain is usually 1-3 (pain is the worst for me on day 2). If I don’t, the worst camps I’ve had were probably a 6. For reference, I would put appendicitis at a 7 reply
