Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
in my experience the pain is only intense 3 days prior to my period, the pain is a 6/10 normally not too bad that i cant function but i did experience almost passing out one time after i showered cuz my cramps was so bad.
i dont feel the pain when the blood is already there and thankfully i just get them for exactly 3 days since my mom has them f...... reply
