I’ve been thinking a lot about the state of the world lately. Do you guys follow politics closely, or do you find yourselves focusing more on specific local issues. Since there's so much happening, I'm curious: what’s your take on politics?
I'm at a point where if the US gets bombed, I'm calling it deserved. Every day I'm reminded of just how much lower this administration is willing to go for money and power. 2 reply
growing up as a POC in a multicultural community, its really important to follow politics closely as thats how you know if someone sees you as a normal person, ooorr wants you beheaded. reply
Its being led by a fucking orange guy who has done so many things to the point he should be in federal prison. My rights are being taken away, families are being torn apart, innocent people getting shot by the government INNOCENT!

I follow politics because my country is one of the countries that were bombed. Rockets pass over my head and my city has been bombed so it’s impossible to ignore.
I’m completely against this war I just want people to live in peace and tbh I wish that orange pig would be gone soon because leaders like that only make the world worse. reply
Following politics is really important, especially in times like this. I don't trust any grown ass adult that says "I don't follow politics".
(of course, there are a lot of areas that are impacted more by local issues, but anyone on the Internet or from where I am should be very aware of what's happening globally) reply
I focus on politics, both local and global. i think we should all be aware of what is happening around the world. we should know who we support, what our governments are doing, and what we stand for. we should also consider whether the people we vote for cause harm to others and whether those we advocate for are truly good. being ignorant about pol...... reply
I mean the military is a mess at the moment bc we are getting multiple requests from different sides for aid but that is my issue we can't help, bc then if they start attacking our country and our military has been dispatched to another country how will we survive? whether you focus on the local or look more broadly, you can find connections between the various crises and struggles happening now. pick a place to start investigating and you can develop your understanding of the systems at play. everyone needs to develop class consciousness, posthaste! organize to seize the means of production! think globally, ...... 1 reply
