For BL if there is rape and an MC who looks young, or who looks like a female with a dick (like so twinkified he looks like a female). For shounen when there is a big boobed girl who will obviously fall for MC. And for reincarnation/fantasy/historical story if there is an abusive parent and the mc is hated for some reason or if mc is from a low fam......   reply
