can anyone help find a manga

Ok so im not sure what the title is (clearly) but essentially itsa japanese manga more of a strong uke (not buff) and normal seme. The seme was the ukes servant when he was younger, the uke used to be sa'd by his relative or something and the seme helped him thru it. The uke was tan and wore arab style clothing, white long garment and the headpiece with black thing to tie it. The seme im pretty sure had lighter hair, maybe brown. All i remember is the seme is in an office or house and the uke visits the country and then it sparks memories from when they were younger. It was also in black and white. pls helpp!! ╥﹏╥
